  1. Call the office during business hours to schedule your rental for the next business day. (Rentals can be scheduled up to two weeks in in advance.)
  2. We will need to get the following information:
    • Facility location you are interested in
    • Unit Size (We can help you determine this if you're not sure.)

    • Company Name (if applicable)
    • Address
    • Phone #

    • Others Authorized to Enter the Unit

  3. We will assign you a unit number.
  4. We will then send you the link to set up your tenant portal account to sign the contract and make your first payment.
  5. Upon completion you will be notified when your unit is ready the next business day.

Yes. Unlike some of our competitors that charge an *Administration Fee* as long as your unit has been cleaned out, is undamaged, and the lock and key returned your deposit will be mailed back to your address on file.

We do pro-rate your first month when you rent with us. When taking advantage of one of our specials the balance of the current month may be prorated so you get the special for the full month.

We do not have climate controlled units at any of our locations.

You can request a password reset with your mobile number if we have it on file.
Otherwise please call the office during business hours. We will need your email address, or to update your phone number. If you have already provided us with your email you may just request a password reset email.

We provide the lock for as long as you rent the unit. You are welcome to use your own lock instead of or in addition to our lock; however our lock is your responsibility for the duration of your stay.

With us you have 24 hour access once your unit has been set up.

  • Explosives or other inherently dangerous material

  • Mail a check or money order to the main office: 124 Pearl St Cortland, OH 44410.
  • Drop a check, cash, or money order into the mail slot on the office door at each location.
  • Log In to your Tenant Portal account and pay by card online.
  • Call the office to set up automatic recurring credit card billing.

Paper statements are printed on the 7th of each month for those who owe rent for the following month. Email statements are emailed out each month on the 7th regardless of rent due. You can always print a current copy of your statement from the tenant portal.

No. Our contracts are month to month.

Yes. There are exterior lights; however there are no lights inside the individual units.

Yes except for 212 N Mecca St in Cortland all of the facilities have a gate.

Yes except for Cortland and Johnston.

All of our units are drive up accessible.

No. It is recommended to purchase renters insurance through your insurance provider. But it is not required.


Rental time specials *when available* will show up on our Price List page. Other deals we offer include Pay 5 months in advance and get the 6th free. If you show your military ID when renting you will get the second month free. Specials can not be combined.

We do not.

We charge a key replacement fee and will swap out your lock.

We would need a letter signed by you giving us the name and address of the person taking over the unit, along with whether your deposit should be transfered or returned to you.

They would then need to contact us and sign a new contract for the unit.


No. There are exterior electric outlets available to plug in work lights WHILE YOU ARE THERE. We reserve the right to disable power to the outlets at any time.

Yes we will match any local competitors published rate. This does not include any sale or promotional rates.

No you will need to take any trash with you.
